Census: More people moved to Miami in 2011 than any other U.S. Metro
The South Florida Business Journal has released a new analysis of Census Bureau Data.
The study finds that between July 2010 and July 2011, more people moved to Miami and the South Florida metro area than any other city nationwide.
The new arrivals were split almost evenly between residents moving from domestic and international cities. Of the 71,406 net new residents in Miami, 35,215 came from overseas while 36,191 moved from a US city.
