Last year Delta maintenance stations opened in Miami; Portland, Ore.; Sao Paulo; and Santiago, Chile.

In Miami, “we had hangar availability” as well as access to a skilled maintenance community. Delta route planners work carefully to ensure planes requiring maintenance are scheduled to overnight in Miami.
