Dezer in Sunny Isles buying spree: Epicure property, Solis note

Developer Gil Dezer has purchased the 3 acres in Sunny Isles that is currently the home of Epicure market for $19 million. The deal closed last week.

Epicure has said that they would like to stay as a tenant, but it is unclear of Dezer will permit them to stay.

EDIT: Dezer also purchased the $19 million note on the Solis property in Sunny Isles on June 27, 2012.

    Sunny Isles Beach approved a 15-story Epicure residences project for this property a few years back:

    I really like the colonnade and setback especially since it faces a public park but man, someone is going to get really hurt on that water slide.

    It would be pretty cool to have a water flume in Sunny Isles

    He will likely gain control of the property via the note.
